What data does Teloa collect?

There are two types of data that we collect:

“Personal Data” – This is information that identifies you or can be used to identify you. We may collect and process the following Personal Data about you:

Your name
Your email address
The last four digits and expiration date of your credit cards
Your IP address
Other information you provide by filling in forms on our Website
Links to your Meta or Google Avatar picture if you choose to login with Google or Meta account
We may also ask for information if you report a problem with our Website or App

When you install the Teloa app, you’ll also be asked to allow us access to your mobile device’s address book. A copy of the phone numbers, names of all your contacts (whether they are a Teloa customer or not – but only name and phone number will be collected in order for us to provide functionality and administer our services. We’ll not upload your mobile device’s full address book to our servers, the data will be stored locally on your device. Only the data of the contacts you send a refill will be uploaded.

“Non-Personal Data” – Like most other websites, Teloa gathers statistical and analytical information. This is what we call Non-Personal Data. Unlike Personal Data, this information cannot be used to identify or contact you. Examples of Non-Personal Data include browser types and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our Website.
